How to be work location independent

Work Location Independence

Working with a mountain view

Does having a physical office address limit your ability to travel or restrict where you live?  It did for me.  Not long ago, I was among the many people looking for a career or job that offered me the independence of working remotely.  I wanted the option to work from my home, an office, or while I was traveling.  It turns out I’m not alone. The demand for this type of work arrangement and the push for work life flexibility has created the buzz words: work location independence. Here’s the good news: a location independent professional life is achievable with little more than the right guidance, a laptop, and a good internet connection.

Become work location independent

One of the primary benefits of being work location independent is mobility, or, alternatively, the detachment from a particular physical work location.  This can be as simple as the freedom to work in a coffee shop one day, or from your home office or favorite park the next.  As jobs are becoming less location dependent and internet connectivity is becoming more widespread, professionals are seeking the freedom and flexibility to work remotely.  Consequently, professionals are able to spend more time at home, on the road, or across the globe.

What is a Digital Nomad?

A digital nomad enjoys the benefits of a location independent professional life, oftentimes from a more global perspective.  That’s me! Utilizing telecommunication technologies to earn a living, a digital nomad works remotely from foreign countries, coffee shops, parks, co-working or co-living spaces, libraries and from anywhere else.  Are you set up to live the life of a digital nomad?

Live a nomadic work life

The beauty of being a digital nomad is possessing the ability to pack up and leave where you are, hop on a plane, train, or bus and venture off to your next destination without the constraints of having an office. Many digital nomads who live globally enjoy a minimalist life devaluing possessions while placing greater focus on experiences, wellness, happiness, and enrichment.

How I became work location independent

I was looking for choices in my professional life; I wanted the option to be able to work from my home or from my office. I also wanted the opportunity to stay connected to my clients while generating new business opportunities when I travel.  I have crafted my website agency so that I can work anywhere without compromising the quality of my work or my connectivity to my clients.  If you want those same things, I can provide you my  blueprint to building your own website agency.  If you have experience as a copywriter, graphic designer, or are even in sales, you too can have your own website agency and enjoy the freedom of working from wherever you like.  The good news is that you don’t have to get there alone.  You don’t eve have to know code.  All you need is the desire to create your own website agency.

How do you get there?  That’s where I can help.   I have put together a workshop where I will provide step-by-step instruction over the course of six weeks.  You will learn how I went from searching for jobs that follow a more traditional career path to becoming the owner of a six-figure website agency who can work from anywhere in the world.  If you are looking for that same freedom in your professional life, this workshop is for you.  My workshop is a live training offered in six 2-hour sessions where you will get the tools you need to create your own website agency.  You will learn from my personal experience, and I will be there to answer your questions.
